Situated between two beaches, the Beach House is a 2 minute drive to Mudbrick and is one of the most stunning spots on Waiheke.

It is a truly breathtaking spot where the views hit you in a continuous wave. It sits between two beaches, is rural peaceful and private, yet only 5 minutes from the ferry and the main bustling village of Oneroa.

At the Beach House you feel like you are living outside, where the environment becomes part of the inside. When you wake up in the morning it's like you've been sleeping in an outdoor room. Large sliding doors peel back removing all walls if desired. Renowned architects Fearon Hay designed this house and they truly are masters of the outdoor room.

It has access to two beaches from the property, one beach is a private beach accessed by steps from the property. This beach would be just ideal to have private bridal shots either before or after a wedding. Indeed it is a perfect house to hire for a bridal party, as it accommodates up to 4 couples. It can be utilized to get ready beforehand, and provides the most superb backdrop for photos you could ever wish for, rain or shine.

It also has access to the most stunning coastal walk, which is a must-do if you stay here. The walkway starts at the boundary and is truly one of the most memorable coastal walks in New Zealand.

The Mudbrick philosophy is to create something special, and if you can't do that, don't do it yet! This property took three years to develop from purchase to completion. It takes a lot of time to create something special, we have realized, but every time, it's worth the wait.

$1800 per night - Min 2 night stay/ Peak Season Dec 25 - Jan 25 Min 4 night stay.

The beach house is a self catering facility. Private caterers, maid services, car rentals, babysitting services etc are all available on the island - please contact us for contact information.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 28 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the deposit paid
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% of the total booking price
