Mudbrick Vineyard is again pleased to recieve more accolades from the 2007 Bragato Awards following on from the success of the 2006 Awards. From the exceptional 2006 vintage on Waiheke Island Mudbrick Vineyard has been awarded a Gold Medal for its Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon, the only wine in this category to recieve a Gold Medal, which makes it even better for the Mudbrick wine production team of Martin Pickering,winemaker and Jeff Le Poidevin our vineyard manager.The 2006 Mudbrick Reserve Syrah and 2006 Mudbrick Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon have both been awarded Silver Medals and Mudbrick 'Shepherd's Point Vineyard' Merlot picking up a Bronze.
