Mudbrick joined a selection of the Auckland's finest Restaurants, in the first Taste of Auckland Festival held at the Ellerslie Racetrack. The event was held over four days and attracted more then 10,500 visitors, who wined and dined on signature dishes, award winning wine and gourmet treats.

Mudbrick's Head Chef Andreas Lindberg created these three mouthwatering and very popular dishes.

Twice Cooked porkbelly, ham hock jelly, pickled mushroom & a butternut accompaniment


Te Matuku Bay (Waiheke Island) lamb, Mudbrick vine leaves & verjuice with baked beetroot & goats cheese foam, with thyme & fiji feathers from the Mudbrick Gardens



Mudbrick Red wine icecream wrapped in chocolate, accompanied by a Waiheke Island olive oil truffle
