Hand harvested from the vineyard above the Mudbrick restaurant, The Reserve Pinot Gris has complex aromas of canned pear, quince, spice and ginger. The palate is rich and sweet with stone fruit, citrus and a long pure finish.
Muscular in style, the Pinot Noir displays aromas of plums, strawberry, black cherry and cinnamon. The palate is concentrated with sweet dark fruits, spices and scorched earth that lead to finely textured tannins and a long persistent finish.
Intense aromas of passionfruit and guava combining with pungent gooseberry and capsicum notes adding depth. The palate is concentrated with wild herbs and citrus providing the wine with freshness and length.
Velvet is our premium, Flagship wine. So named after the silky dark chocolate, roasted coffee and velvety tannins, coupled with sweet ripe fruit picked at its perfection. Velvet as you can see is superbly packaged with a traditional waxed seal and cork. It is a premium gift of the highest quality and one of the most premium wines in New Zealand.
