Mudbrick is proud to announce that our talented Head Chef, Logan Coath, and The Archive Bar & Bistro have been awarded this year’s ‘Best Regional Restaurant’ in New Zealand at the Silver Fern Farms Restaurant Awards 2018.
Sixty chefs entered an original dish which were assessed by an expert panel; then 12 finalists were selected and The Archive Bar & Bistro was announced as the winner last week. The dish entered is the slow cooked ‘Silver Fern Farms’ lamb shoulder, served with carrot, sunflower tahini, pomegranate, burnt red cabbage and dukkah.
